By using wownyfw.com or submitting any form on it, you agree to these Terms. The site is operated by Sports Active Fashion Entertainment (S.A.F.E.) on behalf of World of Wellness — NYFW, THE WOW SHOWS. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Submissions
- Designer applications, sponsorship inquiries and model casting submissions are requests only. They do not create a contract, booking or guarantee of selection.
- You confirm that everything you submit is accurate, current and yours to submit, and that you hold the rights to any file you upload.
- We may decline, shortlist, approve or remove any submission at our discretion.
3. Sponsorship and activations
Prices, tiers, inventory and activation inclusions shown on this site are indicative and subject to availability and change until confirmed in a signed agreement. The signed agreement, not this site, governs any partnership.
4. Tickets and third-party sites
Tickets are sold through third-party platforms with their own terms and refund policies. Links to partner and affiliated sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
5. Event conduct, media and image release
Attendance is subject to venue rules and our on-site direction. Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending or participating, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use your likeness in event coverage, recaps and promotional material, unless you notify us in writing in advance.
6. Intellectual property
All site content, marks and branding — including WORLD OF WELLNESS™, THE WOW SHOWS™ and SWIM & ACTIVE FASHION WEEK™ — are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. You retain ownership of the material you submit and grant us a limited license to review, store and use it for casting, production and internal evaluation.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping, no attempts to bypass rate limiting or authentication, no uploading of malicious files, and no impersonation of another person or brand.
8. Changes to programming
Dates, venues, lineups, hosts and programming may change. We will publish material changes on this site. We are not liable for travel or other costs incurred in connection with a change or cancellation outside our control.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the relevant service.
